The staff was kind and attentive. They provided helpful tips about the city.

I had issues with my room. The doorknob looked outdated. The light switches shut off every outlet when turned off. That became a major issue for charging devices. I found this unacceptable.

Venetian Charm and Modern Comforts!

The hotel communication was amazing from the start (they even helped with water taxis!). The staff gave me a warm welcome and showed me to my room. Everything was clean, and all the modern amenities were available. I would stay here again! The location is a bit away from the main tourist spots, but you can walk to any site easily.

The AC didn't cool my room well. I wish it had been more effective because the weather was quite warm .

My Beautiful Double Room maintained all the charm. It also offered space and was generally cute. I found the room particularly gorgeous! It had a comfortable bed and good air conditioning.

i did think the location was acceptable, it was close to public transport.

upon arrival, the doorman dropped my suitcase straight into the canal which ruined a lot of my clothes, i then had to spend time trying to dry clothes rather than enjoy myself. the staff did not seem to care that this had happened and were quite rude.
